Can I buy my own parts and ask you to install them? For a desktop computer, you only need to bring the tower itself (no cables, mice, or monitors). For laptops or micro-soldering devices, please always bring the original power adapter, as the issue can sometimes stem from the charger itself.
No, I do not perform any work on tablets. My expertise is focused exclusively on the repair and optimization of Windows PC computers.
How long does it take if you need to order a specific part?
If a specific part needs to be ordered, the standard 48-hour turnaround time is paused. For standard computer repairs, I will provide you with a clear estimate of the supplier's delivery time. For micro-soldering components (such as specific chips or controllers), delivery times may vary depending on the rarity of the part, but I will keep you informed at every step.
