• Speed: Most repairs are completed the same day. The turnaround time may vary depending on when the computer is dropped off or if a specific part needs to be ordered.

• Guaranteed Turnaround: Maximum 48 hours (excluding parts orders or motherboard repairs). If this deadline is exceeded, you receive 20% off the repair.

• The initial diagnostic fee ($35) is 100% deducted from your bill if you choose to proceed with the repair. Rate Notice: Remote support sessions are billed at the regular hourly rate from the start of the session. The $35 initial diagnostic fee (100% deductible if you proceed with the repair) applies strictly to physical workshop repairs and is not applicable to remote services.
