• Speed: Most repairs are completed the same day. The turnaround time may vary depending on when the computer is dropped off or if a specific part needs to be ordered.

• Guaranteed Turnaround: Maximum 48 hours (excluding parts orders or motherboard repairs). If this deadline is exceeded, you receive 20% off the repair.

• The initial diagnostic fee ($40) is 100% deducted from your bill if you choose to proceed with the repair. Rate Notice: Remote support sessions are billed at the regular hourly rate from the start of the session. The $40 initial diagnostic fee (100% deductible if you proceed with the repair) applies strictly to physical workshop repairs and is not applicable to remote services.

Important note for all new clients: Completing the online service agreement is required for every new service request, whether for in-shop repair, on-site intervention, or remote support. This step is essential to ensure an accurate diagnosis and the security of your device. Need help with the form? While the online form is the preferred method to expedite your request, if you encounter any technical difficulties, please do not hesitate to contact me. We can complete the service agreement together during your visit to the workshop or over the phone for remote support.

As such, I do not service Apple products (for either hardware or software issues), nor do I offer phone screen replacements. However, I would be happy to assist you with the secure transfer of your data between your mobile devices.
