Labor is guaranteed for 30 days for the same issue or service only. Parts are covered exclusively by the manufacturer's warranty. No warranty is provided for software issues, viruses, or misuse.

HARDWARE INSTALLATION AND REPAIR

I repair all brands of computers and laptops (excluding Apple products). Whether it’s component installation, network configuration (Wi-Fi or wired), or printer setup, I handle it all.

📍At My Workshop

Residential: $75/h ($40 minimum)
Commercial & SMB: 85$/h (Parts not included, if applicable).
Initial Diagnostic Fee: $40 (flat fee to analyze the issue, deducted from the bill if you choose to proceed with repairs).

🚗On-Site / Business Service

Residential: $80/h Minimum service fee: $80 (covers up to the first full hour, non divisible) Thereafter: Billed in 15-minute increments ($20/block).
Commercial & SMB: $90/h
Travel Fees: Included: Within a 10 km radius (Limits: the two bridges and Saint-Timothée to the east).
Outside Zone: $20 flat fee + 0.70$/additional km.

Windows 11 Installation: $100 To ensure your computer is fast, stable, and ready to use the moment you get back home, this comprehensive service includes:
Preliminary Hardware Check: A quick health check of your storage drive (SSD/HDD) and RAM to ensure the system is installed on reliable hardware.
Secure Data Backup: Safe preservation of your personal documents, photos, videos, music, and browser bookmarks before formatting.
Clean Installation (Clean Install): Installation of the latest official version of Windows 11, completely free of any adware or pre-installed manufacturer bloatware.
Configuration & Optimization: Optimal privacy settings setup, disabling unnecessary background services, and user account creation.
Up-to-Date Drivers & System Updates: Finding and manually installing the correct drivers for your specific components (graphics card, chipset, Wi-Fi, audio, etc.) for maximum stability and performance.
Essential Software Installation: Setting up basic, must-have tools (your preferred web browser, a free office suite, PDF reader, etc.).
Full System Tune-Up: $120 (Virus/spyware removal, system optimization, and performance cleanup).
Data Backup & Transfer: Starting at 75$ (Secure hardware removal, folder permission configuration, and data integrity verification for working drives).

📂Data Recovery (No Data, No Fee!)

For failed drives, corrupted partitions, or deleted files.

1 GB to 500 GB: $150
500 GB to 1 TB: $250
1 TB to 3 TB: $450
Over 3 TB: $550

REMOTE SUPPORT

I can perform most repairs remotely except for hardware repairs.

Quick Support: FREE if it takes less than 5 minutes. Beyond 5 minutes: Standard rate of $60/hr applies, with a $40 minimum fee per intervention (covers up to 30 minutes of support). See the Remote Support page for more details and to fill out the Online support form .
