REMOTE SUPPORT
Did you know that 80-90% of repairs can be done remotely? I can perform all repairs remotely worldwide via the internet, without you having to travel. Hardware repairs must, of course, be carried out at my home. My work is guaranteed; if I am unable to resolve your issue, I will not charge you anything. The initial diagnosis is free, and once the repair is complete, I will disconnect and always ask for your permission before reconnecting.
Important notes : You must have a working internet connection for remote support and a speed of at least 10 Mbps. Go here to check your connection speed: www.speedtest.net
Also: I decline all responsibility in the event of pre-existing hardware failure (such as a hard drive failure or a ventilation malfunction) occurring during remote intervention. It is the owner's responsibility to ensure the equipment is in good working order before any work session.
Here are the prices:
-
Residential Rate: $50/hr (Minimum of $40 per intervention if it is less than 15 min).
-
Commercial & SME rate: $60/h.
-
Control commitment: No invoice will exceed $100 (2 hours of work) without your prior approval. Once this threshold is reached, I will contact you to review the invoice and confirm the next steps.
-
Note: Replacement parts and software licenses are not included in labor rates.
Here's how to proceed : Schedule an appointment by filling out the online form below. I will send you a link by email. Click the link, and it will download a file that you will need to open. (If your browser asks if you want to delete or keep the file, click "Keep file anyway"). Once downloaded, click the download icon (down arrow) in the top-right corner of your browser and select the file to open it. If it asks you to allow the installation, click "Allow." Next, a window will appear in the application: "The operator requests remote access to your workstation." Click "Grant access." I will then connect. (Please do not touch the mouse during the remote session unless you want to stop what I am doing.)
