Did you know that 80-90% of repairs can be done remotely? I can perform all repairs remotely worldwide via the internet, without you having to travel. Hardware repairs must, of course, be carried out at my home. My work is guaranteed; if I am unable to resolve your issue, I will not charge you anything. The initial diagnosis is free, and once the repair is complete, I will disconnect and always ask for your permission before reconnecting.

Also: I decline all responsibility in the event of pre-existing hardware failure (such as a hard drive failure or a ventilation malfunction) occurring during remote intervention. It is the owner's responsibility to ensure the equipment is in good working order before any work session.

 

Here are the prices:

 

• Residential Rate: $50/hr (Minimum of $40 per intervention if it is less than 15 min).

• Commercial & SME rate: $60/h.

• Control commitment: No invoice will exceed $100 (2 hours of work) without your prior approval. Once this threshold is reached, I will contact you to review the invoice and confirm the next steps.

• Note: Replacement parts and software licenses are not included in labor rates.
